Board of Directors Makes policy, assures funding, public relations, surrogate community, program advocacy, reviews agency’s services and goals. The Board is comprised of both Fruit & Flower parents and independent community leaders.

Executive Director: Rhonda McDowall The Executive Director implements policy, selects and supervises staff, maintains fiscal control of the agency, and functions as program advocate. The ED reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall operation of the Center.

Staff Development Coordinator: Holly Roberts As Staff Development Coordinator, Holly provides direction, guidance and a mentoring function to all classroom staff. The Staff Development Coordinator assists the Program Director and Executive Director in the implementation of policy and procedures.

Business Manager: Cheryl Royce As Business Manager, Cheryl is responsible for financial forecasting and tracking, and takes charge of many of the Center's operations.
